The tap water is clean and safe to drink, perfect for drinking directly or using to make tea and coffee.
Adjust the internal temperature by using the main thermostat controller located on the wall to the right of the mirror.

For security, the door locks automatically at 11 PM and unlocks at 8 AM.
You can override this anytime, it won’t affect your accessibility to the apartment.
The heaters are controlled by a main thermostat on the wall. Press the middle button to check the temperature, then use the up/down buttons to adjust.
Fill the water tank, securely click it into place, insert your capsule, close the lever, then press your desired coffee size. Wait as the machine automatically brews your perfect cup.
The electric stove operates with touch controls. To unlock, press and hold the lock and power buttons simultaneously. Remember to clear the stove surface from any items when not in use to avoid unnecessary beeping.
Use the microwave with various power settings. Follow the recommended settings on your food packaging for the best results, and ensure to clean the microwave after each use for hygiene.
The TV offers a wide range of entertainment, including series, movies, and sports. Simply select the “Arco Apartment” account and enjoy!
The steam iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience. Use the iron to keep your clothes wrinkle-free and fresh, ensuring you look sharp at all times during your stay.
No smoking or vaping is allowed. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
Please respect the neighbors. Keep noise to a minimum after
10 pm and until 8 am.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Authorities will be contacted, immediately.
Please take care of the furnishings & don’t rearrange it. Damages will be directly billed to you.

Carrefour Express: This supermarket is just 650 meters away—an easy 7-minute walk or a quick 1-2 minute ride by bike or scooter.
Explore the vibrant Via XX Settembre at the center of Bergamo, lined with boutiques and shops, or head to the Orio Center near the airport for a larger selection of stores and brands.
Just a 2-minute walk down the road, Caffè Papavero is only 100 meters from the apartment. Enjoy a freshly brewed coffee, a delicious croissant, and a relaxing breakfast while chatting with the friendly staff!
Within walking distance from the house, you can explore charming local streets, enjoy nearby cafes, visit historical landmarks, or take a scenic stroll through beautiful parks and gardens.
You can also use bikes or Lime scooters to get to destinations faster and explore more if you’re on a tight schedule or not a fan of walking.
Riding a scooter is a fun experience – just be careful!
You can use a car to reach further spots like Lake Como, Milan, Monza, the nearby mountains, and more.

Just 20 meters from the house, you’ll find two bus stops. Take the one across the street. Bus “#1 aeroporto” goes directly to the airport in about 25 minutes.
